Kathryn Roberts is the CEO of The BlueWater Group, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in business system analysis, development, implementation and training. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from NC State University and has twenty years of experience in industries including automotive, medical, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, aerospace, electronics, textiles, industrial paper, chemical, and utilities.
