June Program: "Hot topics in Information Technology Law"

Randy is a member of Hutchison Law Group and has more than 20 years of experience working in and providing legal counsel to technology companies. His practice focuses on legal issues impacting the use and commercialization of intellectual property, especially related to software and information technology. Randy serves as outside general counsel to technology companies, and as special counsel to both users and vendors of technology.
From 1984 to 1988, Randy worked full-time in technical and senior management positions at a start-up computer software company. Prior to joining Hutchison Law Group in 1999, he worked at the information technology law firm Gordon and Glickson in Chicago, and at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice’s Research Triangle Park office.
