What is the potential of the next generation of web technologies to transform organizations, or, at least, to add real value? This session will explore both the fundamental concepts and tools of Web 2.0 and provide lots of real-world examples of Web 2.0 in action. If you’re interested in the web as a platform for greater participation, collaboration, productivity, and creativity, then this session will provide the overview you need to proceed. All this good news will then be balanced by an assessment of the challenges in making Web 2.0 actually work in the enterprise and recommendations for success.
