Gary M. Pratt, CEO, Surgical Review Corporation

Mr. Gary Pratt assisted in the startup of SRC and has served as CEO since its inception in 2003. He has spent a majority of his career in the healthcare and information technology industries, successfully launching seven companies and selling four of them. Mr. Pratt also served as a partner in the nation’s sixth-largest accounting firm and president of a division of Waste Management, a Fortune 500 company. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with degrees in marketing and accounting.

Rebecca Holland New, Sr VP of HR, Pantheon, Inc.

Rebecca Holland New serves as Senior VP of HR for Patheon, Inc. She leads the global HR organization which includes compensation and benefits. She has a wealth of experience leading and developing business leadership, strategies and operational processes within growing global health care organizations. She has been Global VP, HR at Bausch & Lomb, Inc.,she has held global HR leadership positions at Bausch & Lomb's business operations, talent, corporate and pharma business units as well as global R&D. Prior to Bausch & Lomb, Rebecca held HR leadership positions at Novo Nordisk, Inc. and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Robert J. Barker, Jr., President, Bob Barker Company, Inc.

Robert Barker Jr. is the President of Bob Barker Company, America’s leading detention supplier to jails and prisons, located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Robert attended UNC-Chapel Hill, the London School of Economics, and went on to the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a BS in Economics with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.

Matt Czajkowski, CEO, NextRay, Inc.

Mr. Czajkowski is currently CEO of NextRay Inc. which is developing a new type of x-ray technology which provides better image quality at much lower radiation doses. Mr. Czajkowski has been involved with finance and working with boards for almost thirty years. He started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he started the Asia Pacific M&A Group headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to becoming CEO of NextRay, Mr. Czajkowski has served as Chief Financial Officer for several companies over the last ten years including Pozen and AAI Pharma. He has done i.p.o.s, workouts and early stage fund raising. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of a community bank and as a Town Council member in Chapel Hill, NC.
