Over 15 years in IT, Bill has been a Software Developer, Business Analyst, application Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager. He has a BS in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kenneth Kleiner has been teaching at Fayetteville Technical College (FTCC) since August 2000. He currently is the department chair for Web Technologies at FTCC. Previously, he was the department chair for Information Systems Security at FTCC. He has been in the IT field since 1992. He has degrees in Business Administration, Computer Programming, Media Integration, Networking Technologies, and Web Technologies. He is the faculty adviser to the student chapter of AITP at FTCC, as well as a faculty adviser to other student organizations.
Membership DirectorSusan Thompson has been in the IT profession for over 15 years. She is currently a Program Support Specialist at The Pantry, Inc, specializing in Business Objects reporting and data warehousing. She also has expertise in SQL database development and Powerbuilder application development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Computer Science from Arcadia University. She has been a member of AITP since 2004, and has served on its board since 2006.
Gary has been a multi-industry IT professional for the past 26 years providing infrastructure solutions that include networking, systems integration and virtualization. His career has placed him in fortune 500 corporations, federal defense departments, public service and a multitude of small to medium sized businesses. The last 9 years he's been employed by Rex Healthcare as a network administrator, systems engineer and Citrix architect. A Raleigh resident for 15 years and AITP member since 2005. Four of those years found him serving on the board of directors as the student chapter liaison. He re-joins this year's BOD in a new position working on programs to enhance membership retention.
Stephen Beausang, Quest Software
Stephen Beausang is a Software Developer at Quest Software in Cary NC, working with the Toad for Oracle group. Previous to this position, Stephen worked with Logics in Raleigh for over fifteen years, holding several IT Roles including Applications Developer, Development Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Account Executive and Partner, working primarily with Municipal and Federal Government Agencies, Public Utilites and Public Safety organizations. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University in Washington, D.C.

Tara Fusco is currently the marketing specialist for Open Software Integrators, an open source professional service company, and Bull City Mobile, the mobile application development division. Tara handles everything from marketing the OSI & BCM brand to public relations and creative direction. OSI is a professional services company specializing in open source training, consulting, development and research with offices in Durham, NC and Chicago, IL. Tara is also an ambassador for the Durham Chamber of Commerce and graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
Judith New, NewIdeas Consulting International
Judy New is a business and IT executive particularly accomplished in turning around companies or projects that are under-performing. Over her 30-year career with IBM and her own firm NewIdeas Consulting, she has become a business doctor, experienced in identifying the contributing symptoms and quickly/clearly determining the path to a business’ health; then she leads the turnarounds to productivity and profitability.
Strategic Planning and Execution – Ms. New has led long range business and IT planning. She has developed strategic business and IT initiatives, and has extensive experience in developing effective business strategies, in executing business process re-engineering, and in leading applications development.
Project Management/Program Management – Ms. New has long been known for her effective, almost intuitive project management. Her colleagues and teams have credited her hands-on, creative management style with leading them and complex projects to successful completion. She has counseled financial institutions as well as software developers; she guided Bill Gates and Paul Allen to “Ship it.”

Kathryn Robinson excels at leading organizations through identification, development and implementation of strategic changes to accelerate growth when entering new markets, growing a startup, or re-energizing a line of business. She currently leads Lumen Strategies a company she founded in November of 2011. Prior to starting Lumen Strategies she held a number of senior leadership roles at Cisco Systems including Data Center/Cloud Computing Global Marketing lead, Unified Communications Global Professional Services Practice lead, and numerous strategy/business development positions.
