Walt was the principal consultant in his own IT consulting company for over ten years until joining RBC Bank in early 2009, as a senior technical systems analyst.

Allison Kary is a Sr Account Manager with The Select Group, a full-service Triangle recruiting partner that specializes in IT, IS, and engineering positions. Allison has been with The Select Group since 2006 and started as a Technical Recruiter for her first year before moving into an account management role. She was recently named as one of Business Leader Magazine's 2009 Impact Leaders within HR and Staffing. Other recent Select Group accolades include Inc. 500 for 2008 and 2009, Best Places to Work, and Fast 50. Prior to joining The Select Group, Allison attended Purdue University and received dual degrees in Communications and Philosophy. Joyce is President of Global Professional Solutions, Inc. (GPS) providing marketing research, sales, support and services for small businesses to large national accounts. GPS is also a franchisee of Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) which is an Information Technology consulting, professional services, and staffing company. She actively works with National, Regional and Local client companies in providing solutions to their IT related staffing and managed services needs. Prior to joining GPS, Joyce had a successful career with IBM. She joined AITP in 2004 and served on the Board as Secretary prior to becoming Region Director.
