Pradeep Palreddy is co-founder of Keshav Consulting Solutions, an IT consulting and custom software development firm. Pradeep is a hands on practitioner with 15+ years experience serving all size firms from Idea to Execution of products and projects within the realm of but not limited to Mobile Applications, CRM, Data Warehouse/BI, Infrastructure, and Project Management.

Allison Kary is Director of National Sales with The Select Group, a full-service Triangle recruiting partner that specializes in IT, IS, and engineering positions. Allison has been with The Select Group since 2006 and started as a Technical Recruiter for her first year before moving into an account management role. She was recently named as one of Business Leader Magazine's 2009 Impact Leaders within HR and Staffing. Other recent Select Group accolades include Inc. 500 for 2008 and 2009, Best Places to Work, and Fast 50. Prior to joining The Select Group, Allison attended Purdue University and received dual degrees in Communications and Philosophy. She's discovered a passion for IT and strives to continually bring innovation to the recruiting industry.


Paul Bush is a systems integrator and writer whose career has stressed use of Information Technology to streamline communication between people.
As senior editor and automation analyst of Prepared Foods magazine, Bush covered technology transfer from Computer Integrated Manufacturing to continuous batch food processing and distribution.
When Bush realized many CIM concepts were scalable and portable to prepress operations, he and wife Jana started Janaart Associates, a service bureau that automated typesetting of provider directories from Health Maintenance Organization databases.
Twenty years ago Bush shifted his own career focus from describing technology. After working in computer sales management and distribution, Bush founded SOHOLAN Services. SOHOLAN provided premise wiring, network management, website design and maintenance, custom database development and PDF workflow solutions to a California state agency and several small business clients.
In October 2010, Paul and Jana relocated to Durham. After taking a year off to refurbish their residence, Paul joined AITP-RTP in November 2011 to reconnect with IT professionals and find full-time career opportunities.

Susan Thompson has been in the IT profession for over 15 years. She is currently a Program Support Specialist at The Pantry, Inc, specializing in Business Objects reporting and data warehousing. She also has expertise in SQL database development and Powerbuilder application development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Computer Science from Arcadia University. She has been a member of AITP since 2004, and has served on its board since 2006.

Joe Badera is a Business Architect at Sensus, a global leader in utility infrastructure systems and resource conservation. Joe has been immersed in IT for over twenty-five years, and has held various roles including application developer, systems analyst, team leader, consultant, business analyst, and project manager. He has experience with utility, health care, manufacturing, distribution, and finance industries, as well as business operation projects. Joe is a PMI Certified Project Manager, an Agile Certified ScrumMaster, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the S.U.N.Y. at Binghamton.

Bill Miller currently holds a contract position as a Project Coordinator in the Application Project Management Office at Progress Energy, a leading electrical utility. He is currently managing remediation efforts in preparation for upgrade of user desktops to Windows 7. Over 15 years in IT, Bill has been a Software Developer, Business Analyst, application Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager. He has a BS in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephen Beausang is a Software Developer at Quest Software in Cary NC, working with the Toad for Oracle group. Previous to this position, Stephen worked with Logics in Raleigh for over fifteen years, holding several IT Roles including Applications Developer, Development Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Account Executive and Partner, working primarily with Municipal and Federal Government Agencies, Public Utilites and Public Safety organizations. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University in Washington, D.C.

With over 16 years experience in the Information Technology and Electrical Engineering fields, Steve has worked for a variety of companies including Deloitte & Touche. He has a wealth of expertise in management including Service Desk and Operations, Agile software development processes and IT business consulting. Currently he is employed at AG Mednet, a cutting edge diagnostic image transfer technology provider for the health care industry. Steve serves on the Leadership Development Committee of the Association for Information Technology Professionals, a worldwide society of professionals who aspire to be effective leaders in the IT industry. In addition, he is a volunteer at the Kramden Institute assisting the refurbishing of computers provided to disadvantaged children. Steve and his wife of 11 years have two young children and in his spare time he enjoys family time, reading, golfing and anything NASA related!

Judy New is a business and IT executive particularly accomplished in turning around companies or projects that are under-performing. Over her 30-year career with IBM and her own firm NewIdeas Consulting, she has become a business doctor, experienced in identifying the contributing symptoms and quickly/clearly determining the path to a business’ health; then she leads the turnarounds to productivity and profitability.
Strategic Planning and Execution – Ms. New has led long range business and IT planning. She has developed strategic business and IT initiatives, and has extensive experience in developing effective business strategies, in executing business process re-engineering, and in leading applications development.
Project Management/Program Management – Ms. New has long been known for her effective, almost intuitive project management. Her colleagues and teams have credited her hands-on, creative management style with leading them and complex projects to successful completion. Her organizational skills and out-of-the-box thinking enables her to see “the big vision” and to implement it.
Industry Knowledge – Over her career, Ms. New has worked extensively across the industries. Her work has covered manufacturing and distribution companies from pharmaceuticals to auto to soup, from silicon chips to apparel to candy. Her application expertise includes trucking, airlines, law firms, and insurance. She has counseled financial institutions as well as software developers; she guided Bill Gates and Paul Allen to “Ship it.”
