Networking

You will be able to meet people in the IT industry that could be key resources in your career, maybe your next hiring manager or the person that gets you introduced to the vendor that will help solve your immediate problem. As the adage goes, it is all about who you know, and AITP RTP is a place that fosters those relationships for our members, partners and Management Advisory Panel (an excellent opportunity to meet area CIO's.)

Education

The topics for our events are member driven, based on what is pertinent to you and your peers. Speakers that are renowned in their area of specialty. We cover technology topics as well as career development skills such as leadership, networking and communication skills and resume writing techniques. Bi-annually, we hold CIO Panel Discussions or CIO Spotlights that are very popular and as enjoyable as they are educational.

Commitment and Involvement

When you join the RTP Chapter your dues cover all monthly dinner meetings. And if you cannot attend you may send a substitute in your place at no charge. As a member you can get involved with the Chapter and our Management Advisory Council of CIO's and thought-leaders.
