Summary:

Events over the past several years, along with a shift in remote work, have had a dramatic impact on the current workforce. A record number of people are changing jobs and company culture has become a critical factor in job satisfaction. Companies are quickly realizing that talent retention is imperative in keeping top talent while maintaining a competitive edge. Employers need to be constantly innovating and adapting their recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. In this interactive panel, you’ll hear how companies are adapting to the evolving landscape and what strategies they’re employing to attract and retain top talent. Join us to learn how to leverage talent retention strategies and secure the best talent in your industry.

Our Speakers:


Chrissy Reed

As the Director of Employee Engagement, Chrissy focuses on building a company culture that can attract and retain top talent in the IT Industry. As she joined Hylaine 5 years ago, she focused on building an integral Human Resources practice that embodies our TRUST Culture (Transparency, Results-focused, Upbeat, Soliciting feedback, and Thankful). Chrissy's work has led Hylaine to win back-to-back Best Places to Work awards during high growth years, which also landed Hylaine on the INC 5000 in 2022. Chrissy brings over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, from staffing to sales and leadership roles within HR. In Chrissy’s free time, you can find her in the mountains with her husband Ahren, their boxer dog Red, and their holland lop rabbit Annie. 


Sarah Krepp

Sarah Krepp, SPHR began her career working in the genetics laboratory for Bayer (later Talecris), before transitioning into the field of human resources.  She brings more than 18 years of experience in start-ups, mid-sized pharmaceuticals, and large clinical research organizations.  She has held progressive HR leadership roles at PRA, Salix, Chimerix, Cellectis, and Istari Oncology.  Most recently, Ms. Krepp served as Head of People and Culture for Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnology.  

Sarah serves on the Executive Counsel specializing in fundraising on behalf of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  She received her degree from NCSU in Biological Sciences with a minor in Genetics.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining her friends, deep-sea fishing, and reading.


Vinny George

Vinny George brings 20 years of engineering leadership and enterprise architecture experience with Pearson, ADT, and Netcracker Technologies. As VP of Engineering for eCommerce & Identity platforms at Pearson, Vinny led a global team in the execution of engineering initiatives that support 40 international websites, 30+ eCommerce stores, and 50 million identities.

Attendees are permitted to take pictures of individuals or smaller groups as long as permission is given from the subject(s) of the photo. AITP-RTP board members may take pictures or a video recording of presenters and attendees for various purposes.  However, the use of any kind of video recording or video streaming device from attendees is not permitted.  Registration to the meeting implies acceptance of this policy.
