Claude Implementations in Enterprise

 A 45-minute unscripted, moderated panel on enterprise AI adoption, economics, and execution. Panelists representing the architect, executive, and enterprise operator perspectives share real Claude use cases, adoption lessons, token economics, and model evaluation criteria, followed by a lightning round and audience Q&A.


Our Panelists:


Ricardo Govindasamy is CEO and Co-Founder of Govincorp Technology Group and a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise IT and digital transformation, he helps organizations plan and execute successful AI adoption. Ricardo will serve as moderator for the panel.

Joey Mokos is CEO of CGT Consulting and CEO & Co-Founder of SyncroDocs, an AI-powered healthcare compliance platform built on Anthropic's Claude infrastructure. Emmanuel Mwangi is an AI Architect and Engineer with Ode (formerly Fractional AI), an Anthropic-backed joint venture. He specializes in solution architecture, model evaluation, and tokenomics, and designs the engineering patterns behind Claude deployments that survive production. Emmanuel brings practitioner-level insight into what makes enterprise implementations succeed.
